Q: What payment methods can be used on UOFFER GLOBAL?
A: UOFFER GLOBAL currently accepts all major credit and debit cards (including prepaid cards) such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal as a valid payment method. The Normal Course Service is suitable for students who are certain of what universities and courses they want to study, you can directly select and purchase the specific university and course.
Q: What is the difference between Advance Custom Course Service and Special Custom Course Service?
A: Purchasing the Special Custom Course Service means that you can choose the best university for you from a large number of partner universities, which are flexible and diverse. UOFFER GLOBAL will submit applications through the Exclusive Application Channels of the partner university. By purchasing the Advanced Custom Course Service, you can choose from the top universities to apply to and customize the application plan to ensure the success rate of the application.
Q: How do I request a refund or change courses after purchasing a course?

For more information about the service, please ensure that you click on the Terms & Conditions before paying. If you are not satisfied with the service or content of the product, please email the UOFFER GLOBAL Service Team directly at customer.service@uofferglobal.com to file a complaint. Details of your application will be identified by the UOFFER GLOBAL Services Team before a decision is made.
