Refund Policy

The following terms are for reference only. The details are determined by the contract signed by the client. The client should consult the counsellor for further information.

After signing the contract, if the client unilaterally requests to cancel the contract, the refund shall be made according to the following agreement.

  1. The trustee shall not refund the fees paid by the client if the outcome is not yet available following the trustee's submission of the application according to the confirmed selection list of institutions.

  2. The trustee shall not refund the fees paid by the client if the client has obtained all the outcomes of the applications and has received an acceptance letter from any of the institutions (or programmes) to which the two parties have agreed to apply.

  3. For application services, the amount refunded will be decided according to the following service nodes:

    • A percentage of the fees paid by the client can be refunded before the first communication between the account customer manager and the client.
    • A percentage of the fees paid by the client can be refunded if the first version of the selection list or plan of institutions has not yet been sent after the first communication between the account customer manager and the client.
    • A percentage of the fees paid by the client can be refunded after the account customer manager has sent the first version of the selection list or plan of institutions to the client.
    • A percentage of the fees paid by the client can be refunded after the selection list or plan of institutions has been confirmed and the institutions have been generated on the System.
    • It is not possible to process a refund after the customer account manager sends the first version of the application writing documents to the client. If the client submits the application independently after obtaining the PS, the trustee has no obligation to refund the fee.

If the client wishes to cancel the original contract, we will confirm the refund amount according to the contract. If the full refund total is less than RMB 3,000 Yuan, it will be returned within 40 days after both parties have signed and stamped the confirmation. If the full refund total is more than RMB 3,000 Yuan, it will be returned within 68 days after both parties have signed and stamped the confirmation.
